These two contacted me about 3 days before their wedding, telling me their original photographer could not make it anymore. They wondered if I was available, and thankfully, I was. I was up at my parent’s place, about 11 hours from Banff at the time. So needless to say, it was a lot of driving. But it’s always worth it head to the mountains, no matter how far away it is! The forecast was calling for rain all afternoon, so we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. Unless it’s an absolute downpour, rain makes for some really moody light. And that’s exactly what happened at this Lake Minnewanka wedding.
Jeremy and Nishani had the tiniest little ceremony, with just a few family members present. They said their “I do’s” and then a few quick personal vows. We took some family photos, and then spent the rest of the time with just the two of them, taking some more wedding photos around Lake Minnewanka.
Enjoy these cloudy mountain wedding photos in Banff National Park!
