When I decided to join this styled elopement, I had no doubt that it was going to be incredibly stunning. I hopped in with Janine, from Petals and Stems (she was the florist) and we headed down some back roads south of Lloydminster in search of the styled shoot location. It was an absolutely GORGEOUS fall evening, warm, windy and the colours were so beautiful in the valley. This was a dream for this any elopement photographer! 😉 The couple who modelled for us were literally gold. Head down below to see what I mean about this stunning Alberta styled session!

We met up with Marcy, who was organizing the styled shoot, and the lovely ladies from Voila, a cute little decor shop. They were setting up on top of the valley. We were in absolute awe of the view. I felt a fire light under me as we waited in anticipation to start shooting!!

The amazing thing about shooting at a styled session is it gives photographers the ability to try new things without the stress of an actual wedding day! This was an incredible opportunity for me, and I loved getting creative and testing out different angles and ideas!
